Are your products officially licensed?

 

Yes! Yes they are. All of the products for sale here at Hundred Acre Place are manufactured/licensed by the brands that we have partnered with.

 

 

 

How do I order?

 

Click any product image that catches your eye, and hit that ‘add to cart’ button once you are happy with it. Once you have added everything that you want, tap the cart icon up top and head to the checkout. Select your shipping location to update the total, then tap any one of the payment buttons beneath to begin the checkout process. Pay Now and Pay Later available with PayPal. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will get your product(s) out to you as soon as we can!

 

 

 

Do you ship internationally?

 

Currently we only ship to the 50 U.S. states, and we don’t have any immediate plans to change that due to licensing agreements.

 

 

 

When will I get my items?

 

We are working with multiple manufacturers, so delivery times will vary based on what you have ordered. Keep in mind that items listed in pre-sales will not be immediately mailed out, we will update delivery dates when available, such as for our Daniele Nicole bags. Items from our Disney Kitchenware range will be mailed out from our Kansas location, and can take anywhere from 3-5 business days for mainland USA (Alaksa and Hawaii may take longer). 

 

 

 

I have a complaint and/or I would like to return my items. Can I? What should I do?

 

Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) arrive and are broken or do not work. Please document this as best as you can with any images or videos necessary, and contact us via DM to our Instagram account, and we will work to resolve any issues you may have.
