Can I still purchase from Castles & Couture?

Yes! We are still open and accepting orders. Just be aware of possible shipping delays, detailed below.

 

Is Castles & Couture still shipping, and if so, how long will it take?

In a word, yes. We are doing our very best. But as you can imagine, restrictions on movement has an effect on both the ability for us to get to the post office, and for some of our suppliers to operate as usual.
For those products managed by us, order to dispatch can take up to a week. And for those managed by third-parties, current fulfillment estimate range from 12 to 22 business days depending on the product. But these are only estimates, and travel/postal service restrictions are out of our hands.

 

Can I return my order?

The only thing that can guarantee a return, is a damaged package. If your item was damaged during delivery, please document it with photos and send these to our Instagram account, or email at castlesandcouture@yahoo.com
If undamaged, we can only then accept returns for items that were not as advertised. We provide images, descriptions, and size guides for clothing to ensure you know exactly what you are receiving. If you feel a mistake has been made, contact us and we will be happy to work with you on a solution.
